Ford Pickup & Delivery is an extension of the AutoNation Ford North Canton service, providing customers with a convenient option where our technicians will pick up your Ford vehicle and service it at our AutoNation Ford North Canton Service Center, with a full compliment of parts and tools. Upon completion of servicing your Ford vehicle, we will return your Ford vehicle to you, without you needing to leave home. Throughout the process, we can keep you updated about the servicing through phone, text, or e-mail.

Once we've finished servicing your vehicle at our AutoNation Ford North Canton service facility, we will bring your vehicle back to you. How much does Ford Pickup & Delivery cost?Ford Pickup & Delivery is complimentary*. When you need service, your Ford dealer will pick up and return your vehicle.
*Ford Pickup & Delivery is offered by participating dealers and may be limited based on availability, distance, or other dealer-specified criteria. Does not include parts or repair charges. A nonoperational vehicle is not eligible and will require a Roadside event.
How long will service take?
Every service is different. You'll discuss timing when you book your appointment.
Is the Ford Pickup & Delivery program available for all repairs?
All warranty and customer-pay repairs are eligible, as long as your vehicle is driveable and not part of a roadside collision.
How do I know which maintenance services I need?

Are there any distance restrictions for Ford Pickup & Delivery?

Will I get a loaner vehicle while my vehicle is being serviced?
Loaner vehicles are at the discretion of the dealership, so please confirm when you schedule your service. Alternative options may be offered as well.
